Spring is coming - the veil is thin!

Spring is in the air here at Treargel. The daffodils are in abundance and the primroses are starting to appear.

Whilst it doesn't really look like it from this picture - taken this week with an atmospheric sea mist rising - spring is most definitely in the air. We have planted 1000 bluebells in the wood and can spot signs of new life all around us.

A recent retreat guest described our Labyrinth as having a 'thin veil'. This term is hard to describe but as far as I understand it, describes a place which has a bit of spiritual umph or je ne sais quoi about it. I found some websites which provide a more eloquent explanation than mine. Come and experience this 'thin veil' for yourself soon!
